Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through this website or by our team are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary following a physical inspection of the property and the full scope of work being confirmed. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Prices quoted include GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service Delivery

We will carry out all roofing work with due care, skill and diligence in accordance with Australian building standards and relevant state regulations. Timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing by both parties before additional work is commenced.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate permitted by law.

Warranties

All workmanship is covered by our standard warranty as detailed in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and will be assessed within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from neglect, unauthorised modifications, natural disasters, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
